Recruitment Process

OSTT is looking for talented individuals who can continuously take on challenges for the greater happiness of themselves, their colleagues, the company, and society.

  • 01 Document Review

    Submit the required documents through the recruitment announcement site.

  • 02 Interview

    Comprehensive evaluation of basic character, values, and job competencies.

  • 03 Physical Exam

    Conduct a health checkup and submit the results to the company.

  • 04 Employment

    The final hiring decision is made after completing the above recruitment process.

Documents to Submit for the Interview : Company application form and self-introduction letter, a copy of resident registration, certificate of final academic achievement, transcript of final academic achievement, copies of certifications, proof of career experience (for experienced applicants only).
